Vega Terms of Service

Welcome to Vega! Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions stated within these Terms, which also incorporate our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you are accepting these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service. This Agreement is between You, the User, and SOYVEGA AI S.L.U., the Provider of the Service.

Service

  • Our Application provides an interface to interact with Vega and allows you to use chat functionality through WhatsApp.
  • The Service is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Eligibility and Registration

  • You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 14 years old.
  • Our Service operates via WhatsApp APIs. As such, no separate account creation on our platform is necessary. You will use your existing account on these messaging apps to access our Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WhatsApp account details, including any passwords or sensitive information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account on these messaging applications while using our Service.

Restrictions

As a user of Vega, the following actions are prohibited:

  • Copying, republishing, selling, sublicensing, or redistributing content or material from Vega without explicit permission.
  • Reproducing, duplicating, or copying material from Vega for any commercial purposes.
  • Creating a wrapper for Vega's services and reselling that as a separate service.
  • Sharing explicit content.

This agreement commences on the date of this document and continues until terminated by either party in accordance with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Vega, which includes but is not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, belong to Vega or its licensors. By agreeing to these terms, you pledge not to violate these intellectual property rights or use the service in any way that would constitute an infringement of these rights.

WhatsApp Terms

The Service integrates with WhatsApp. By using the Service, you agree to comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service, respectively.

OpenAI API Terms

The Service integrates with the OpenAI GPT-3.5 API. By using the Service, you agree to comply with OpenAI's Use Case Policy.

Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate your access to and use of the Service at any time and without prior notice, particularly in instances of non-compliance with our Service's rules.

Changes to Terms

We may modify the Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. If we do so, we’ll let you know either by posting the modified Terms on the Service or through other communications.
